Tasks

Tasks at /items/task is the shared task list: every work item across the tenant in one place. My Tasks is the personal slice of this surface — what is mine. Tasks answers what is happening. The full model lives on the Work items hub.

• Tabs split the list two ways: All Task and Open. Search, sort, columns, and filters narrow the rows.
• The table lists title, status, due date, type, and deliverable per row.
• The deliverable column is the organizing axis here — every task hangs off the output it serves.

• Work the shared list by due date, then by blocked state. Views shape this list; the org default for it is set under Table Views.
• Task kinds, fields, and defaults live under Work Item Types. Statuses run inside Settings Workflows — move a row only when the work actually moved.
• Tasks feed the project hierarchy. Deliverables and their tasks roll up under Projects; client-facing outputs get tracked at Deliverables.
