Reports
Reports at /reports cuts tenant data for review: the deeper read behind the Dashboard glance. The header states the contract: build, share, and export custom reports across your data. Reports read the record; they never replace it. When a report and a list disagree, the list is the source of truth until proven otherwise.
- Tabs split the surface two ways: report groups above (Overview, AI Usage, Campaign Performance) and ownership below (My reports, Shared with me, Templates). New report creates from the top-right and from the list.
- The table lists each report with its data source, chart type, visibility, and last update. Search, sort, columns, and filters narrow the list.
- Private visibility is the default; sharing is deliberate per report under Shared with me. A review that starts from stale numbers ends in decisions about work that already moved.

- When a number surprises you, drill to the underlying rows before acting. Aggregates hide the one row that explains everything.
- Investigation-grade history lives under Logs (System and Jobs tabs) and Observability (
/ai/runs). Reports summarize; logs prove. - Review on a cadence the team keeps. A report nobody opens on schedule is decoration; retire it or fix the cadence.
