Connectors is the Connect side of the Automations module: install and manage workspace connectors and native add-ons for automations, sync, and agent work. All, Active, and Inactive tabs plus integration search split the surface. This page is the Connectors list; the module around it is Automations.

System integrations are workspace-wide service connections on one shared account used by every tenant user, each with connection status and reconnect or sync actions.
Installable packages are tenant-installable integrations and native add-ons; external credentials, when required, live in the Secrets Vault. Installed packages show Manage; uninstalled ones show Install, each with its version.
Connector code existing is not the same as that connector being live and connected for a tenant. The environment tool list is the source of truth for what sessions and automations can reach.
A connector showing anything but healthy means stopping the dependent automations first, then asking for help. Silent breakage plus active schedules is how stale data spreads.
