Objects

Objects lists the object groups the tenant records live in, split by Organizational and Platform/System tabs. The Organizational tab shows collapsed groups: Actors, CRM, Work, Agent Ops, Knowledge, Communications, Automation, Integrations, Governance, and Catalogs. Search filters the groups; New creates under the current tab.

Expand a group to see its objects. Organizational groups hold tenant working data; Platform/System holds what the platform provides. If a list or record type is missing, check here before assuming it does not exist.

  • Organizational tab holds tenant data groups (Actors, CRM, Work, Agent Ops, and the rest shown).
  • Platform/System tab holds platform-provided objects.
  • New creates in the current tab; confirm the tab before creating.
