Day-0 for customer admins

Day-0 is the path from invitation to first governed agent session. It is the whole onboarding in one sitting, and it ends with real value, not a tour.

There is no open signup for PRESHos Platform. Every tenant starts with an invitation from the PRESHai team. If you do not have an invite, you do not have a tenant yet.

The flow

Steps run in this order: invite, tenant hostname, /preparing (only if needed), onboarding wizard, home, Settings, first governed session.

Each step is small. The page below says exactly what to expect and what is required versus optional.

The Day-0 path. Create-tenant and provision are PRESHai-team-side; your path starts at the invite.

1. Accept the invite

You receive an invitation pointing at your tenant, typically a hostname like slug.preshos.com.

• Use the exact link in the invite. The hostname determines which tenant you join.
• If you belong to multiple tenants, each has its own hostname and its own invite. Hostname wins: the address bar decides which tenant you are acting in.
• Sign in (or create your identity) as directed in the invite, then continue to your hostname.

2. Land on your tenant hostname

Your tenant lives at its hostname, often slug.preshos.com, sometimes a custom domain.

• Bookmark the hostname. It is your permanent front door.
• Confirm you are in the right tenant before doing anything else: check the hostname and the organization name shown after sign-in.

3. Wait through /preparing, only if you see it

Some new tenants briefly land on a /preparing state while provisioning finishes.

• This is normal and temporary. Wait, then retry or follow the on-screen direction.
• Do not re-register, do not create a second tenant, and do not share the preparing URL as the tenant address. The hostname is the address.
• If preparing persists beyond what the invite describes, contact the PRESHai team rather than working around it.

4. Complete the onboarding wizard

The onboarding wizard collects the minimum needed to stand the tenant up. Only one thing is strictly required:

Domain	Optional	Organizational domain, used for identity and branding context.
Branding	Optional	Tenant presentation touches. Safe to skip and revisit.
Members	Optional	Invite colleagues now or later from Settings.
Connectors	Optional	Request or configure initial connectors. Remember: code is not connected. Only what is provisioned for your tenant counts.

Guidance:

• Do the required field carefully, skip the optional fields freely. You can complete everything optional later in Settings.
• Do not stall onboarding hunting down a logo or a member list. Momentum to first session matters more.
• Do not promise connector coverage at this stage. Note what you need; provisioning happens per tenant.

5. Arrive at home, then open Settings

After the wizard you land on the tenant home. Before running work:

1. Open Settings and confirm the organization name is correct.
2. Revisit anything you skipped: domain, branding, members.
3. Confirm an Agent Environment exists for your first session (see next step). If none is visible, stop and ask the PRESHai team. Do not improvise.

This wiki deliberately does not document exact nav labels beyond home and Settings. Navigation evolves, and your tenant shows you what is live for you.

6. Reach first value: one governed session

First value is precisely defined:

Sign in, an available environment, one governed agent session.

Concretely:

1. Sign in at your tenant hostname.
2. Open an environment: the isolated workspace (context, tools, policy) your session will run in.
3. Run one session with a small, real goal. Let it act, watch an approval gate fire if the work crosses a risk threshold, approve or deny, and review the recorded outcome.

When that loop completes, Day-0 is done.

Choosing a good first session

• Small and real: a lookup, a draft, a triage. Something with a verifiable result.
• Scoped to what your environment actually offers. The environment’s tool list is the source of truth for what the agent can touch.
• Expected to touch an approval gate, so you see governance working. Not a toy task that avoids it.

Checklist

• Invite accepted; signed in at the correct tenant hostname
• /preparing waited through (if seen)
• Onboarding wizard completed (org-name set; optional fields deferred or done)
• Home reached; Settings confirms org name
• At least one Agent Environment visible
• One governed session run to a recorded outcome (with an approval decision if applicable)

If you get stuck

• Wrong tenant. Check the hostname first. My-tenants confusion is almost always hostname confusion.
• No environments. Do not build around it. Ask the PRESHai team to provision or point you at the right one.
• Connector missing. Expected until provisioned. Request it; do not assume code means connected.
