Persona Roles
Persona Roles defines the buying-role labels personas can hold in relation to products or services. The table shows the seeded set: Champion (advocates for the solution within the organization), Decision Maker (final authority on purchasing decisions), Economic Buyer (controls the budget), End User (uses the product or service but may not be involved in purchase decisions), Gatekeeper (controls access to key decision makers), and Influencer (provides input that affects purchasing decisions). Each row carries a description and a created date, with edit and delete actions.
Search, sort, and column controls filter the list; advanced filters start empty with Add filter. Use Add Persona Role for labels the seeded set does not cover. Keep names stable once records reference them.
- Champion, Decision Maker, Economic Buyer, End User, Gatekeeper, Influencer ship as the starting set.
- Descriptions state what each role does in the buying process, not who holds it.
- Edits rename or re-describe a label; deletes remove labels nothing references.
