Events

Events at /events is calendar sync: synced calendar entries against CRM records — when things happen, pulled from the calendar. It is scheduling data, not relationship history, so it stays separate from Activities: notes, calls, and tracked emails explain the relationship, events place it in time.

  • The All Records tab sits above the table (name, location, date, time, duration, attendees, organizer); search, sort, columns, and filters narrow the rows, with a My events scope and a Next 7 days window.
  • Sync calendar pulls the window from the calendar; Table and Calendar toggle the view. No synced entries fall in this window, so the table reads No events found — the empty state is the honest capture.

  • Synced entries are read-only reflections of the calendar, not records to edit into shape. Fix the calendar event; the sync follows.
  • What happened in a meeting lives at Meetings (AI-transcribed records); whether the team is free lives at Scheduling (the availability calendar). Events is the per-record sync between them.
  • Activities: relationship history — notes, calls, and tracked emails.
  • Meetings: the transcribed records of scheduled contact.
  • Scheduling: the availability calendar behind the sync.
  • Contacts: the people synced entries concern.
