Org members
Org members is the Members tab on the organization surface: who belongs to this org at a glance, captured as the Users and Teams list. It is the read view; the admin actions (invite, pending invites, offboarding, quarterly review) live under People. If the two ever disagree, People is the source of truth for membership and this tab is the org-scoped lens on it.
- Users, Teams, and Job Roles tabs split the surface. Users lists members with name, email, title, team, and manager columns; the rows shown span Account Services, Agents, Exec, and Operations teams.
- Team, role, and status filters plus search narrow the list before paging. The Add User action opens the invite flow.
- Roles answer “what may they do” and live under Roles and Settings Roles. A name on this tab without the right role is either over- or under-privileged.
- Review the list quarterly like any membership surface: right people, right roles, no shared or mystery identities. The method is the quarterly membership review.
