Tenant users
You use PRESHos Platform to get operational work done with agents (triage, lookups, drafts, remediation) inside governed sessions. This section is your manual: plain language, checklists, and walkthroughs. Admin setup lives separately under Tenant admins.
Guides
Section titled “Guides”Your first session: a 15-minute walkthrough. Sign in at your hostname, open an environment, run one governed session, and read the outcome.
Inbox: the attention queue. What needs you, with the record pane and reply flow.
My Tasks: the work assigned to you across work items, due dates, and statuses.
Working with sessions: goals, scope, transcripts, and outcomes. How to run sessions well and what good looks like.
Approving agent actions: what an approval request means, how to decide allow vs. deny, and what happens after.
Troubleshooting: wrong tenant, stuck sessions, missing tools, approval confusion. Fixes for the common cases.
The short mental model
Section titled “The short mental model”Work flows in this order: your tenant hostname, then your Agent Environment, then your session. Risky actions pause at an approval gate for your decision. Low-risk actions flow through. Everything lands in a recorded outcome, which is the audit trail.
- Your hostname decides which tenant you are in.
- Your environment decides what the agent can see and touch.
- Approvals pause risky actions for your decision.
- The recorded outcome keeps the full record.
