Groups
Groups at /groups is where tenant members get organized into named groupings: the teams, crews, and cohorts work gets assigned to. Team shows who is here; groups show how they are organized.
- Cards form the grid, one per group. Each card names its manager, counts its members, and offers View Details. Create Group adds a card.
- A group with no members is a placeholder, not coverage. It routes work nowhere.
- Agent identities sit beside the human groups and organize under the same grouping rules as people.

- Assign to the group, own by the name. Grouping routes work to the right bench; ownership on every row still needs a member name — unassigned work is nobody’s work.
- Group membership is the working view, not the admin console. Invites, roles, and offboarding run through People; position titles come from the Job Roles catalog.
- Staffing against time runs through Scheduling: who is available when is a calendar question, not a directory question.
What next
Section titled “What next”- Team: the member directory these groups organize.
- People: member list, invites, and offboarding.
- Scheduling: availability and coverage over time.
- Roles: what each membership can touch.
