CRM Emails

CRM Emails at /crm-emails is the tracked-email lens on shared CRM activity: the correspondence half of each relationship, logged against the contact, company, or deal it concerns. The model — one activity surface, junction attachments, per-record timelines — lives on the Activities hub.

  • This surface is the correspondence log, not the template directory. Outbound mail renders from templates at Email Templates (/emails); what was actually sent and received lives here.
  • An email names its relationship. Contact, company, or deal junctions attach it; unattached threads surface on no timeline.
