Notes

Notes at /notes is the written-observation lens on shared CRM activity: anything worth remembering, pinned to the contact, company, or deal it concerns. The model — one activity surface, junction attachments, per-record timelines — lives on the Activities hub.

  • A note names its relationship. Contact, company, or deal junctions attach it; unattached notes surface on no timeline.
  • Notes are not work items. Project tracking lives on the Work items hub.
