Files

Files at /files (All Files tab) is the tenant’s file store: the documents, assets, and attachments behind the work in one surface. The record a file attaches to is the source of truth about that work; the file is evidence, not the verdict.

  • Table controls sit above the rows: search, sort, columns, filters, type, tags, created-range, and company pickers, plus Upload File. The table lists name, type, size, company, tags, uploaded by, uploaded date, and status per row.
  • The company column ties each file to its directory record: the file here and the company under Companies share the same organization, not two copies of it.

  • Tag on upload, not later. Untagged files at volume are findable only by name search, and names truncate.
  • Project-shaped files hang off Projects: the project hierarchy under each company. Generated imagery starts at Images.
  • File organization policy — tags and what they mean — lives under File Tags.
  • Projects: the hierarchy files attach to.
  • Deliverables: the client-facing outputs on the work side.
  • Images: the generation surface behind image files.
  • File Tags: the tags behind file organization.
