Profile
Profile at /profile is a member’s own account surface: identity and preferences in one place. It answers who the tenant thinks you are — the name, title, and team the rest of the workspace shows on your rows.
- The Profile Overview card carries the identity: name, email, admin badge, team, job role, manager, and member-since and last-login ages. Edit Profile opens the editable fields.
- Personal Information holds first and last name, email (managed through the connected account, cannot be changed here), job title, and office and mobile phones. What you can edit ends where administration begins.
- The read-only block states the account facts: user ID, account status, person ID with sync, notification preferences. Team assignment, job role, and manager are managed by administrators — the page says so outright.

- Appearance is personal: theme (Light, System, Dark), home page (where the product opens on sign-in), and time zone default. Set them once; a wrong home page re-trains your own mornings.
- Keep it current. Ownership, mentions, and assignment notices all resolve against this record; a stale title or team misroutes work before anyone notices.
- What you can touch is not set here. Permissions run through Roles and sign-in policy through Security — profile edits identity, never access.
- Membership mechanics — invites, teams, offboarding — live under People. Profile is the member’s view; People is the admin’s.
