Menu Configuration shapes the product navigation. Drag handles reorder; edit changes names and icons. Sidebar quick links pins the top entries: Agent Ops (/agent-ops, pinned), Inbox (/inbox, inbox_unread, pinned), My Tasks (/my-tasks, pinned), and Settings (/settings, default). Below it, sections hold groups that hold items: the unnamed section carries Agents, Approvals, and CRM groups (1 item, 1 item, 10 items), and the OPERATIONS section carries Automation (1 item) and Contact groups. New Section creates a section; Group and Item controls add within a section.

Reorder for the team, not the individual. Pinned quick links are the fastest path users have; changing them re-trains every user at once.
