Calls

Calls at /calls is the logged-call lens on shared CRM activity: who was reached, what was covered, what follows — attached to the contact, company, or deal it concerns. The model — one activity surface, junction attachments, per-record timelines — lives on the Activities hub.

  • Log the call where the relationship lives. A call about a deal belongs on the deal; a call with a person belongs on the contact.
  • Calls are not work items. Project tracking lives on the Work items hub.
