Table Views

Table Views sets the org default saved view per list. Create a public view on a list page, then set it as the org default here; only lists that support saved views appear. The table shows each list with its object id, kind, public view count, and org default: Agent Ops Tasks (agent-ops-tasks, Other, 1 view), Agent Runs (agent-runs, Other, 0), Companies (companies, CRM, 3 views, Primary - All), Contacts (contacts, CRM, 2 views, Primary), Deals (deals, CRM, 0), and Deliverable (deliverable, Work item, 2 views). The Dashboards control sits top-right.

Set defaults for lists the team opens daily; leave the rest unset. A wrong default re-trains everyone at once.

  • Each row is one list: object id and kind identify it, public views count what exists, org default names the default.
  • Companies defaults to Primary - All and Contacts to Primary; lists with 0 views have nothing to default to.
  • Public views are created on the list pages themselves; this surface only assigns the org default.
