Contacts
Contacts at /contacts is the directory of people at the tenant’s client companies: who the work is for and who signs off on it. Companies holds the organizations; contacts are the names inside them.
- Tabs split the list: All Contacts and Primary. Search, sort, columns, and filters narrow the rows; Add Contact adds a row.
- The table lists name, email, phone, company, stage, owner, and location per row.
- Stage reads the relationship state per row (Unknown, subscriber, Lead, Other, Customer, Evangelist) — not the work state.

- Every contact belongs to a company. Rows reading No company are follow-ups that cannot be routed — attach them before closing the tab.
- Each contact carries its activity timeline: the notes, calls, and tracked emails attached to it in chronological order. The shared model lives on the Activities hub.
- Tenant members are not contacts. Membership — invites, roles, offboarding — runs through People; contacts are the client side of the relationship.
- Views shape the list; the org default for the views the team opens daily is set under Table Views.
