Automation activity
Open in product: preshos.com/automations/activity
Automation activity is the Observe side of the Automations module: run history, runtime state, and per-run logs for everything the module fired. Triggers have their own page at Triggers (/automations/triggers); this page covers the run record: what fired, what it did, and what the log says.
- The run record groups runs by session with Session/Run, Owner, Work Item, Model, Runs, and Tokens columns. Search, Last-activity sort, Columns, Filters, grouped-by-session, and Last-7-days controls narrow the list; Expand all opens every group.
- Rows carry runtime state at a glance: awaiting-user states on sessions and subagents (subagent runs nest under their parent), per-run models, and token in/out counts.
- Confirm what happened before guessing. Filter to the automation and window first, then read the run entries. Repeated failures on one automation mean the trigger, the workflow, or the connector is wrong, never the log.
- Platform-wide activity (every session, every run) lives under Observability (
/ai/runs). System and job records live under Logs (System and Jobs tabs).
