Settings: People
Settings People is where members enter and leave the tenant. Pair this page with Roles. People is the who, Roles is the what they may do.
Inviting: checklist
Section titled “Inviting: checklist”- Confirm the correct tenant hostname before inviting (invites land in this tenant)
- Invite the individual’s organizational identity (no shared accounts)
- Assign the smallest sufficient role at invite time, default Member
- Tell the invitee: their hostname, which environment to start in, and the first-session walkthrough
- Watch for acceptance; nudge before the invite goes stale

Pending invites
Section titled “Pending invites”- Review pending invites regularly. Stale invites turn into confusion.
- Re-send rather than duplicating: one active invite per person per tenant.
- Revoke invites for people who should not join after all; do not leave them hanging.
Offboarding: checklist
Section titled “Offboarding: checklist”- Remove promptly on departure or role change
- Reassign approval duties they held
- Review recent sessions and approvals if sensitive
- Revoke any pending invites they issued that are no longer wanted
Quarterly membership review
Section titled “Quarterly membership review”Every quarter (or after any team change), walk the member list:
- Is every person still in the right role? Demote where the job shrank.
- Is anyone missing who needs access? Invite with smallest role.
- Any shared, stale, or mystery identities? Remove or convert to named individuals.
- Admin count still at 3 or fewer with absence coverage? Adjust.
Log the review date somewhere your fellow admins will find it. The next review depends on the last one having happened.
