Inbox
Inbox at /inbox is the personal attention queue: the items addressed to you across the tenant. It is pinned in the sidebar quick links beside Agent Ops, My Tasks, and Settings (see Menu). Open it at the start of the day and whenever you return to the tenant.
- The thread list carries search and a Type filter (All types shown). Rows mix work-item approvals (
work_item_approval, about a month old), Client Review threads with @-mentions (Fulton May Solutions, Deliverable), a Changes Required thread (TD Synnex), and item rows (#15904, #15903, marked complete). - Three panes split the work: thread list, record, message. The center pane reads “Select a record — choose a thread from the inbox to review the record in the center”; the right pane reads “Select a thread to view messages and reply.”
- Inbox routes; it does not decide. Approval requests still get decided at the Approvals queue with the full what, on-what, and why in front of you. Mention and assignment notices still resolve where the work lives.

- Triage oldest-first when the list is short, most-urgent-first when it is not. Due dates and requesters break ties faster than gut feel.
- Clear an item by acting on it where it lives, not by reading it twice. A notice re-read without action is how queues go stale.
- Approval requests inside inbox follow the same decision method as the queue: Approving agent actions. Inbox never lowers the bar.
- An empty inbox means nothing is addressed to you, not that nothing is happening. Sessions you started still report through their own outcomes.
Opening a thread: record plus Activity
Section titled “Opening a thread: record plus Activity”- Opening a row swaps the empty panes for the record. The thread shown is Fulton May Solutions - T1-5 - Blog Post 2 (What Manufacturing Leaders need to Know about IT in 2026): Status Client Review, Owner Laura Miller, Due 07/30/2026, with Description, Overview, Subitems, Files, and Approvals tabs.
- The brief carries the handoff facts: Asset ID T1-5, WordPress Blog Post (Cluster Post 2 of 6), Managed IT Intelligence Awareness and Lead Generation campaign, Written — Design Assets Needed, Highest priority bridging Track 1 and Track 2, Target Publish July 8, 2026, Last Updated June 22, 2026. The Snapshot paragraph states the intent (manufacturing search intent into pipeline) and the audience (Midwest manufacturers weighing IT risk, OT/IT convergence, ransomware exposure, multi-site standardization, AI adoption).
- The right rail is the record’s Activity: 1 comment from Diana Gonzalez noting she created the proof via Ziflow and cannot flip the status to client review, with the
presh.ziflow.io/proof/link pasted inline and @-mentions to Laura Miller and Chris McGovern. - Reply in the composer at the rail’s foot (“Write a comment… Use @ to mention users or agents”, Send plus attach, Bold/Italic/Underline). The comment lands on the record; the status still moves on the record header, not inside the thread.

What next
Section titled “What next”- Approvals: the queue where approval requests get decided.
- Emails: the mail surface behind thread notices.
- My Tasks: the assigned work behind assignment notices.
- Approving agent actions: the decision method for anything inbox routes you to.
