Org branding

Org branding is the Branding tab on the organization surface, beside General on Account Detail. It controls how the tenant presents: logo and colors across the workspace. It never changes identity (organization name, slug, hostname) or membership — those live on Org and People.

  • Logo uploads cover the full wordmark: a light-surface logo plus an optional dark-mode logo. If the dark-mode logo is omitted, the product reuses the light logo.
  • The compact logo is the square 1:1 mark shown when the sidebar is collapsed. If omitted, the product falls back to the full logo.
  • The favicon is the square 1:1 icon for the browser tab. If omitted, the product uses the light logo.
  • Branding is cosmetic and safe to defer past Day-0. A branding change never renames the org, moves records, or rewrites audit history.

  • Org: the General tab this branding sits beside (name, time zone, slug, hostname, domains).
  • Day-0 for customer admins: where the org name gets set the first time.
