Notifications

Notifications holds the event catalog and per-channel delivery templates (Slack Block Kit / Webex Adaptive Cards). Two tabs split the surface: Templates and Event catalog. The template list shows one entry per event per channel: Approval Decision and Approval Reassigned and Approval Request, each in Email, Slack, and Webex variants, with the event key beneath (approval_decision, approval_reassigned, approval_request).

Selecting a template opens the editor: name, key, body format, description, subject, and fallback text body with tokens (title), (message), (link), (data.*). The example body is {{message}}. Edit the channel variant that needs the change; the key stays shared across channels for the same event.

  • Templates tab edits delivery text per event per channel. Event catalog tab lists the events themselves.
  • Email, Slack, and Webex variants of the same event share the key and differ in body format.
  • Fallback text body carries the plain-text content; tokens supply title, message, link, and data.
